With a -0.4⁰F extreme temp. rating, you can use this sleeping bag even during cold nights. You can adjust the padded hood with the drawcord to reduce the bedroll's opening and prevent heat from escaping. A 6-foot tall person can lie down comfortably on this sleeping bag.
