Founded on June 2013, is a South Korean-based manufacturer of innovative photography equipment. They launched their product, the Foldio, which allows users to take high-quality images using a portable, tabletop lightbox and their smartphone. It is unfolding a whole new level of possibilities in smartphone photography. This all-in-one portable studio enables everyone to take excellent, studio-quality pictures with a simple setup.

Quantum Networks, as a post-campaign solution partner, began discussion with Orangemonkie to improve their representation on online marketplaces. Quantum Networks noticed issues with their online presence and realized that Orangemonkie would perform better on the Amazon marketplace if they developed Orangemonkie’s overall brand image. Furthermore, Quantum Networks identified what they could do for Orangemonkie, and as a result proposed a scope of work to begin working with Orangemonkie and carry their products. Quantum Networks is now consistently working with Orangemonkie, and are experiencing mutual strong growth month-over-month.

Challenges

Quantum Networks recognized Orangemonkie’s challenges and was able to devise and provide a plan of action to address those challenges. Some areas of improvement were page clean-up, variated listings, A+ content, targeted advertising, enhancement of text, trend analysis, and listing optimization. On top of that, Orangemonkie lacked videos on all of its listings.

Kickstarter and Indiegogo: What Comes After?

Like many other products or brands, Orangemonkie launched their product on a crowdsourced website. Orangemonkie's campaigns were especially successful, earning over $1.1 million across their last two launches. While successful, a product's lifecycle shouldn't end with its campaign.

Listing Action

On top of all of this, Quantum Networks provided effective communication to best align marketing tactics with business objectives. This strategy was done through identifying the right target audience. Through hard work, Quantum Networks took the right steps in helping Orangemonkie rebuild their brand.

Outcome

Quantum’s ultimate goal is to ensure success, add value to, and sustain strong relationships with its partners. From the moment Quantum Networks and Orangemonkie began partnering, results instantly started showing. Sales doubled due to marketing efforts from May to June. While any marketing agency can perform these tasks, Quantum Network’s professionals have delivered excellent work by improving the conversion rate on listings and improving brand messaging on marketplaces. Furthermore, Quantum portrayed success as a post-campaign solution partner for the online marketplaces.
