Offering free-of-charge emotional, social, and financial support for children with serious illnesses and their families, Chai Lifeline is an outstanding international health support network. The Quantum team connected with the charity as soon as members met its supported children, and it regularly participates in Team Lifeline marathons to raise money for the cause.

DOMESTIC VIOLENCE PROJECT

Empowering victims of domestic violence with free legal representation, housing assistance and planning, and many other services to get them back on track, the Domestic Violence Project embraces individuals of any gender and sexual identity in fulfilling its mission. Our general counsel and vice president of operations, Bita, is the advisory board chairwoman for the Domestic Violence Project.

TOMCHEI SHABBOS

Based in Queens & Bergen County, Tomchei Shabbos aims to "serve as the “middleman” between the hungry & those willing to share.” Volunteers consider individuals in need to be their extended family, and delivers about 400 packages of food to them weekly.

CHICKENS FOR SHABBOS

Chicken for Shabbos feeds and clothes critically lacking families living in Israel at zero expense to them. Helping those out of work and in debt to find employment and covering the costs of medical appointments are just a few of the countless miracles that this charity performs.

CAMP HASC

Camp HASC provides a seven-week sleep-away camp experience for over 300 mentally and physically handicapped children and adults. Campers participate in an immersive program full of speech and other types of therapy, as well as recreational activities like roller skating and field trips. Quantum’s HASC volunteers love how the camp allows those with disabilities to have a fun and normal summer experience.

eCommerce Buyer/Brand Manager

Business Development Manager

The Business Development Manager/Buyer is required to identify new to market products, reach out to prospective brands, closing brands and is responsible for building new relationships. Junior Lead Generation Specialist

Digital Advertising Associate

**THIS IS AN ENTRY LEVEL POSITION **

Responsibilities:

  • Search Term and Best Practice Research: Use tools or research to create and find search terms and keywords that are relevant to products and customers that drive traffic to product pages that result in conversions.
  • Keyword Strategy and Optimization: Ensure that keywords match product and customer destination focus while efficiently driving to targeted segments. Manage optimizations related to paid, organic and onsite search.
  • PPC Account Management: Manage and optimize PPC (pay-per-click) campaign components including, but not limited to – Ad Copy, Bid Prices, Cost per Conversion, Cost per Click, Keyword Research, etc.
  • Content and Campaign Creation: Develop and create campaigns and ads to drive customer acquisition, build brand presence, and drive revenue.
  • Reporting: Generate reports to Brand Managers based on established metrics for success, as well as creating new reports or improving existing reports.
  • Data Analysis: Track and understand key digital marketing metrics, analyze campaign performance and optimize based on insights to increase conversions. Provide actionable insights to the rest of the team, based on your findings.
  • Best Practice Research: Find and attend seminars and webinars that keep you informed of industry changes and best practices.

Requirements:

  • A passion and understanding of analytics, consumer behavior, and advertising.
  • A desire to improve upon your own strategies, work, and self-set goals.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analysis/ Excel experience.
