Quantum’s come a long way since packing our own boxes in a tiny Manhattan space. Within just a few years, Quantum has grown a collection of valuable industry insights and created a vast portfolio of partner brands, securing its place as an expert within the ecommerce field. You could say it’s the New York City in us: hustle is our second nature. We’re a group of highly energetic and passionate people that immerse ourselves in our work, being continuously motivated by the success that we bring to our partner brands. If you have the chance to visit our office, you can find us taking our work as seriously as our office snacks (which is very, very seriously).

Giving Back

Social responsibility

“Impact Beyond Your Reach”

More than just our business slogan, it embodies our beliefs and the causes we support. Our team actively contributes to several programs: Bita, our general counsel and vice president of operations, is the advisory board chairwoman for the Domestic Violence Project, and our staff regularly volunteers and races for Chai Lifeline, which empowers children with serious illnesses. Many of Quantum’s team members have personally donated to these causes, and we aim to expand the love to more noble causes this year.

Perks

The endless stream of various snacks and exciting group outings are all nice and good, but what about that time that we gave every team member a round trip flight to anywhere in the US of his or her choosing? Yeah, we thought that was pretty cool, too.
